Recommended – Photo Editor: Blur Backgrounds Review

If you want an app that's easy to use and blurs the background then I recommend this. It's easy to use and it blends VERY WELL. I'm shook why it took me this long to find the "perfect app" when this one is just right here. I give this a 4 star, BUT I think this app would deserve a 5 if it had a variety amount of filters. OVERALL, if you just want a blurry background, THIS IS RECOMMENDED!
