I used to love this game but it won’t start up on my phone – Virtual Life Review

Does anyone else have this issue? It doesn’t matter how many times I restart it just doesn’t work, but I don’t wanna give a bad rating cause I loved this game!! Their support is on Facebook and I don’t wanna get a Facebook profile
