Good, but not as excellent as Park Math – Word Wagon HD - by Duck Duck Moose Review

I think Word Wagon is a good app, but not nearly as amazing and worth the price as Park Math. Word Wagon has similar features as PM,but not the variety of activities. Word Wagon let's you chose to work on letter sounds, names, or sound spelling (at two levels). This allows for some differentiation, but I think the app lacks variety. While the focus might change, the activity is the same across all levels- pulling letters into squares to form the word. In the easy levels the words letters are displayed, in the harder the child has to guess on their own. Another drawback is that the word does not need to be built from left to right. As I said I love Park Math by this developer, but I wish I would have passed on this one... There are many apps that are available that do the same lesson, are free or cheaper or customizable.
