problem – Just Rain Review

I absolutely love this app and the concept. But I'm having some sort of issue. I'd like to purchase the extended features, but when i click the, "purchase extended features" it doesn't do anything? Like. Its not brining up the option for me to purchase it. Im on and iPhone 8 plus. I've got the money, and my phone screen isnt having a touch malfunction. I'd like to know why I cant purchase it. Please help.
