What’s up with the cellular data on the iPhone? – VRE Mobile Review

This *could* be a great and necessary app, but when I go into my settings and turn on the cellular data for the app, it simply won’t stay on, which makes it impossible to view the train status. Is this a VRE app malfunction, or an iPhone glitch?
