Wow this app SUCKED! – Wallpaper and Background Textures Review

It took forever to load, and when it did finally load it crashed it didn't really have anything cool besides the make it your self and all you do is put a picture on it and pick a color and darken and lighten it, it only has about 6 colors boo this app
