Ads don’t always work but they don’t care – Chef Town Review

The excuse of “outsourcing to another ad company” is garbage. Even if you do that, it’s your game and still your problem to fix. Support just tells you to contact said company but that ad company never replies. I’ve lost out on hundreds of gems or random prizes because of ad failures and it’s annoying. I’ve sent screen shots of the black screens/crashed ap but never got any rewards granted back to me because it’s “not their fault”. Edit: Again I’ve contacted your awful support multiple times on many occasions and you just say it’s not your fault and to contact the other company that doesn’t reply. The 1 star stays.
