12% incline for a cool-down?! – BeatBurn Treadmill Trainer - Walking, Running, and Jogging Workouts Review

Just downloaded this app to give me something to do on a treadmill while traveling when I cannot get to an Orange Theory Fitness class. I set it for 45 minutes intermediate level walk workout. The cool-down was five minutes of waking at a 12% incline! My heart rate was higher during the cool-down than at any point during the rest of the workout! I’ll continue to use the app, but I’ll customize the incline for the cool-down.
