The volume.... – One Night Review

I can’t seem to figure out how to get my volume to turn up. My phones turned up and the volume in the settings turned up but it still won’t play. I’ve tried no vol on phone and all vol on settings and the other way around. But STILL it won’t work. Plz fix this because read the first review thinking it was great.but in reality not so much.thanks tho
