Customer Support Nonexistent – Readly - Unlimited Magazines Review

From my experience Readly does not provide customer service. Here’s my experience. On Sunday May 26, I downloaded Readly app from Apple App Store and signed up for $.99 for 1 month. Apple confirmed my subscription and billed me. On Tuesday May 28, I was no longer able to access magazines, I sent email to Readly customer support, no response as yet. On Friday May, I emailed Readly Customer Support again, no response as yet. I have deleted the Readly app ad cancelled the auto renewal subscription. They do not deserve even one star!
