Annoying quick navigation pop-up window – Dictionary Offline - Dict Box Review

I like the app but the interface needs work. You have pop-up quick navigation window appearing when I read a dictionary article. It’s obstructing the view and counterproductive. I cannot read the page: no matter where I put my finger to scroll the page this quick navigation pops up. No way to turn it off. Please fix it
