Over six months and still can't update bio – Spotify for Artists Review

I have made several attempts to add bios to the artist accounts I run on Spotify and every time I get an error message saying "we can not upload your bio at this time". And this is after making sure I'm well within the character limit. Very annoying. I've wasted a lot of time on this. This, and the fact that we still aren't able to block followers on our listener accounts makes me wonder why I'm giving this company my money. It's not as if we independent artists are making anything from it. They could at least give us free (as-free) subscriptions.
