This app totally messed up my review – Rate My Professors Review

I wrote a review for my professor and it made me look illiterate. It didn’t input any punctuation marks, which I’m positive that I did. I used contractions and none of them had apostrophes! I also wrote a quote, but there were no quotation marks when I know I put quotation marks. It also messed up my grammar by putting “to” when I actually wrote “too.” It changed after it was posted. What happened here?
