New phone. Pay Subscription Again? – Mojo: Reels & Video Captions Review

I just purchased this app and recently bought a new phone right after the purchase. I retrieved all of my old data from my old phone onto my new phone however this specific app is asking me to purchase my subscription again even when I still have my old previous content and still using the same Login information. I am not longer using the phone I initially purchased it on, but I am using the same Apple ID and log in information. Please advise.
