Two stars is a gift – Color Effects Pro - Recolor Pictures; Pop/Edit/Paint Highlights into Photos Review

I had the free version, but had to pay to unlock the features that had attracted me to it and presented as being in the free version (sold a bill of goods?). Still didn’t work, so I reloaded it, except I couldn’t get get the version back that I paid for - it was blocked and with ads. It does no good to write to them. So I had to buy it twice, it was that or lose my $$ completely with NO return. If it doesn’t work out this time, I guess I’ll take it to Apple... I don’t recommend any version of this app. They don’t stand by their product, or care about their customers.
