Developer stealing money – Airport Mania: First Flight XP Review

I've never in 3 years had a problem downloading apps that I own to new devices. I decided to download all my favorites on my new iPad and come to find that this game I bought almost two years ago has charged me a second time. It's just a dollar, but it's the principle of the matter. All other games from other developers update their existing app. They don't remove it and replace it, forcing people to buy the same game a second time. We are on the road and syncing the app from my PC was not an option. Never had a problem with this before and there is really no excuse for it. It will make me think twice before buying another game from this developer.
