Simple, fast, easy! Tracking weight is simply a pain! Pen, tablet, when you find are not the solution. Pen drys up, paper wrinkles so you put it off. With this it is so simple. Reminders to check easy log and record tracking and a simple graph! Now when asked it is all there! Try it it is simple, but great.
