They applied some kind of “update” that locked my account at the splash logon screen. When I click login, it throws an error so I login again and again to no avail. I begged them to fix it but I ended up having to reinstall AND spend 50$ to get back the points I had. Don’t bother. Unresponsive and probably are that way on purpose to make more money. I should send a help request and they’d say they were looking into it. Two days later I get an email saying they closed the case. Well, I emailed back and said they didn’t fix the problem. Silence. I tried this four times and gave up.
