Won’t install properly on my watch – Gymatic Workout Tracker Review

I’ve read the help file. My account says premium but I’ve tried to install and reinstall three times. The watch app never installs. They help file is useless. It just tells you to make sure your account is premium and then how to sync from the watch app that has never installed. Bummed, it sounds like a great idea.
