A good vpn but not working on my iphone anymore? – VPN iNinja - Fast & Unlimited Review

When i got my new iphone xs i searched for vpn apps in the app store, and i chosed to install ininja. Everything worked well(5star) until a day that i realized the app has logged out of my acount. I did everything to get logged in.( e.g checking for cellular usage permission, uninstalling/installing the app, signup again, use forgot password function) But the only error i get is “can’t fetch servers list . Pleas try again later” First i thought that the application servers may ran into a problem but then i realized that my husband is using the application with no problems. I hope that there still be a way to use this app again. Otherwise i have to find a new one...
