Love it but problems – Blood Domination Review

This game is quite good, but there are some problems. I heard I person had this problem to where they did the free rubies and never received them. That happen often in games, but I did the free rubies thing because I need them to continue with the story. They should make it easier to receive rubies by doing something like getting some each time you complete a lesson or when you log in. Or else you'll have to spend your money on something you don't really need. Also this is a personal complaint, but I want to restart my run because I want to go a different route and also go the sweet route, but I can't. Any help?
