Perfect – Self-Hypnosis: What do you want to change, but haven't? Review
I am lying here after finishing a self hypnosis session. I have been using these app for three weeks. It works! It creates a lovely relaxation that centers me and allows me to focus on my goals for myself without being stuck in anxiety. I highly recommend background music. I always use the same track and now my body begins relaxing just from hearing the first few moments of the music. Try the song "huit" on "Atmospheres" by Deuter.
