Why you should not use Fordeal – Fordeal - فورديل سوق الانترنت Review

This is a full review of my experience with fordeal, I ordered two packages full of items with total up to 180 US dollars: I am an iPhone cases enthusiast so 98 percent of my items were iPhone XS Max cases (I have years of experience ordering from online stores and this is the worst) 1- 29 out 45 iPhone cases did not match description, the lowest quality I’ve ever seen honestly. The print and colours were miserable to look at and even more expensive than their higher quality copies that are available on bigger names of other online shopping apps. 2- The reviews are mostly complementary and encouraging and aren’t compatible with what I have received which makes me question honesty and lots of other things. It’s so suspicious. (Note: I have left honest critical criticism accompanied by pictures, I will check later if they will get deleted upon which I will updates this review). 3- Regarding reviews: the app works fine while shopping, but for some reason keeps on crashing while reviewing. After you type everything you press send and it is up to your luck, it might get posted and might not. 4- They accept payment and deduct the money from your card and after FEW days they’ll inform you that the items are not available, and guess where does the money go? Of course not back to your card but on your Fordeal credit to ensure that you will still spend it on their app. This never happen on other apps. You can’t order an item that is not available. 5- Tricking customers: This month all fordeal users received a notification sayings: suggest Fordeal to your whatsapp contacts to get money for the first ten who will download the app. I stupidly did it. I got the money they promised (one coupon for each one of the ten who subscribed). Where is the trick? To use it I had to buy items at least with the equivalent of 100 US dollars, and I can use just one coupon. So in order to make use all of them you have to buy with 1000 US dollars and within 15 days. (However I made sure that all the people who downloaded the app deleted it). In short, go put your money in bigger names apps, they are honest, very professional and provide good quality with same and even LESS prices. There is nothing worthy in Fordeal except the fact that it collects all your orders from different merchandise and send them in one package via aramex instead of regular shipping that takes longer and ships each item alone. But I’d rather wait longer than regret the waste of my money. Bye.
