Counting points is the best way to stay on a diet. Your actually cautious about what you eat to not go over the allowed daily points. You can gain more points by working out, that gives me the motivation to work out cause I love to eat! You can eat whatever you want, just count the points! I dropped 10lns in 2.5 weeks with this app!!
