Can’t watch anything – VinTV － Watch Vine Videos Review

I’m experiencing a little problem that when I tap on the topics it says the following “vine is processing this data try again later”, not sure what the problem is but I will try to restart my device and see if it works. Does this app even work on a iPhone 6s
