I can’t redeem codes – LootBoy: Packs. Drops. Games. Review

I don’t know if this is a glitch but when I go to settings, it won’t let me redeem a code and I am also using the iPad 6th generation just if it is not compatible.Everything else about this app is amazing and I like it very much.?
