Wasted Money – WhenToPost: Best Times to Post Review

I should have read the reviews first. Listened to Sunny over on YouTube. Purchased upgrade but it’s still locked. Tried restoring but nothing. Everything is still locked. That’s $4 I’m never getting back.....wasted money!
