Choose a different Sportsbook. The company does not know how to correctly explain and document their promotions. They expect everyone to understand and play by their rules without putting any documentation or help anywhere. There is no rules that they have on their app or website so they fee as though they can make them up as the go and call it “customary” that everyone should know how their promotions work when in reality both FanDuel and DraftKings promotions actually feel like they have some value. Upon questioning them, they proceeded to say “I appreciate that you did not fully understand the definition of a free bet”. How is one supposed to understand that definition if they don’t define it ANYWHERE.
