Crashing on me? – MW2 Ultimate Utility -- A Modern Reference Guide for a Warfare Based Game 2 Review

The app looks great from what people say but when i open the app it just says ' Ultimate Utility' and the opening screen for 10 seconds then crashes. I paid 2.99 for this. Is there a chance that you can fix this?
