Awful app – toolani - calling app Review

I just installed the app. 3 attempted calls later and nothing but a dial tone. BUT, I have been charged for each attempt. This is a rip-off! I will not be recharging once my credit is gone. Hopefully, I would have at least been able to connect with one person. Don’t waste your money on this app.
