TERRIBLE! – eDestinos Review

Please do not buy from this app or webpage, it’s a scam! Bought a plane ticket and payed extra for a service that they had value at $150usd you could change your plane ticket, add an extra luggage that all long distance international flight gives you two but with this webpage you get only one, and pick your seats, and it’s a real scam!, almost imposible to contact, mails not working, phone numbers that don’t exists, finally I was able to get a phone that was working in Washington DC and called from Chile, spend a lot of money on the call to realize that everything they offers was a lie, terrible experience, please do not buy here, you can’t do any of those things they offer on the service I payed for, I had only the option to pay! ove the $150usd of services I bought, to be able to travel with an extra luggage even though it was supposed to be free, every long distance international flight give you two luggages and with them is just one, and to pay for an extra luggage you can just call the airline so I don’t even know why they offer this scam service, everything else you can’t do, you can’t change your flight if you have an emergency as the offer, you can’t pick your seat, etc... terrible service, terrible costumer service, terrible experience, lost a lot of time and energy trying to reach them. PLEASE do not buy from them ever
