Random glitch preventing gameplay – Dungeon Hunter 5 Review

I’ve had this random glitch preventing me from playing for years now and I’m finally just in the mood to play the game but after countless new phones and downloads and uninstalls of the game I’m softlocked inside of the tutorial and it won’t allow me to select any options at all would love to give the game a proper play but I’ve been stuck on a character I can’t play or delete to even remember how the gameplay is, please give me a hand
