App won’t open, customer support email bunk – iPhocus - Manual camcorder - Focus, Exposure, ISO and White Balance controls for your videos like in a DSLR Review

The app keeps crashing when I tried to open it. Immediately after download and after. It’s never actually opened. I contacted their support email only to receive a “failure to deliver” e mail back. Their app support is not available and I can’t request a refund or ask for help to get this app to work. I paid money for trash, basically. Would’ve loved to enjoy it, but nope!
