We're very sorry... – 1iota Review

“We’re very sorry, but an unknown error occurred.” Every time I try to book a ticket through this app all I get is an apology. The show isn’t even listed in the app. If I go to the shows website and use the link to buy tickets it directs me to the 1iota app with this apology. This has been going on for months. It must be working for someone because tickets are selling out. Also, my device and app are up to date.
