Birth control review :) – Natural Cycles: Birth Control Review

Worked so far ! This type of birth control is great for people who can remember to take their temperature everyday but if you are not one of those people it will be very difficult. I used to take the pill everyday so now I just take my temperature everyday instead. This is great for me because I already had the routine. If you are not getting Green Day’s don’t worry they will come ! It took me about 3-4 months to start getting semi regular again after taking conventional birth control. I stopped getting my period completely because of the pill for about 4-5 months so it took a little bit for my body to adjust off all the hormones. Takes some patience but my body feels SO MUCH BETTER being off hormones.
