Recent Update STILL Crashes Every Time – Cortana Review

Just updated to newest version of Cortana and it still crashes / fails to load every time on my iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12.2, tried a bunch of troubleshooting and uninstalling, soft resetting phone but still no luck.
