Bad customer service – Age of Sail: Navy & Pirates Review

The game is good but has many problems. First off like others have said, you have to spend an obscene amount to keep up with other players. Best ships can cost anywhere from 30-100 bucks. Then when they send out mass emails about rewards for finding translation errors and you find one they tell you that its google and not them, so they won’t give you what they promised. Its hard to communicate with players when “google translate” isn’t working on their end. I gave it 3 stars bc it is good as a time waster but unless you can afford to spend hundreds of dollars and can deal with poor customer service you will fizzle out like I am starting to. Ps when you write them, don’t expect a reply for a few days.
