I love it! – Natural Cycles: Birth Control Review

I am 26 and I am extremely sensitive to hormonal birth control pills. I’ve tried the non-hormonal IUD and I also hated it. This is such a fun way to track my cycles and allow my body to do what it is supposed to do without all of the side effects that come along with hormonal bc pills. If you follow the app exactly it is very effective! As a woman it is nice being more in tune with my body! 5 stars!
