Newest improvements make the mild rate-hike worth it!! – Studio for Podcast Review

Despite being a little annoyed when they raised the price on all their subscription levels a little while back without much warning, I stuck with Spreaker as my preferred platform to create, host, and distribute my podcast projects. [NOTE- this is not a sound design app, it’s not meant for editing your show, it is for broadcasting and distributing your show] Even before they rolled out the recent changes and updates, this app was perfect for my needs. The updates have all made the platform that much better! Although some may need a more complex system for their projects, in my opinion Spreaker is ideal for most podcast projects from beginners to pros. Spreaker really delivers as an app on your phone, iPad, iMac or PC desktop, or as online browser based platform, making it simple to record live podcast sessions or upload prerecorded and sound designed episodes. I genuinely endorse Spreaker for anyone interested in podcasting. And if you’re actually reading this Spreaker- My one personal “Wish-List” item is simple- let us sort episodes by number of plays, downloads. Not just on the website profile page, but everywhere we can see a list of the show’s episodes! I would love to be able to automatically have the order of my shows episode re-arranged according “viewership” stats as the order ranking variables. I know it probably sounds crazy... but I would love to be able to sort my show’s episodes so that listeners, new and old, see the show list (on Spreaker and the all the platforms my show distributes to) sorted in descending or ascending order of “most listened to”.
