Greatt source for info – Computer Tech Support Community Review

I am a tech support rep for a major cable company, and I find this a great source of information for my callers. We like to empower our customers when they call in and give them areas that they can go to look up info when it is beyond the tech support we offer. This is a great Forum to help in that area.
