Great For Any Woman!! – Natural Cycles: Birth Control Review

I absolutely love this app! I was on birth control for about 9 years and then decided to come off 7 years ago but was never able to track my cycle. The Natural Cycles app has given me so much information about my cycle and when potential ovulation will be. What I love about it is that you can make the transition from preventing a pregnancy to planning for one and if you’ve been consistent in measuring and tracking your period you have so much information already! They also give helpful messages that educate you about your period and ovulation. I’m so happy my boyfriend and I decided to use this approach, I have not been disappointed and would recommend this to any woman whether she’s in a relationship or not!
