Sign-In Error – Innotech Scale Review

Just purchased the scale and was imputing my information into the app to logon, and keeps giving me errors. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still not working. From the comments it sounds like an update issue, I hope it’s fixed sooner then later otherwise I am returning the product.
