App not creating user – Innotech Scale Review

Upon creating a new user account, I receive an error that states “An error occurred. Please try again” I tried numerous times with different info and still unable to get past creating a new user account. I’m a systems engineer and I tried everything. I should’ve tried the app before I bought the product. This is a YUGE fail!
