Grocery Service – Jet: Shopping Made Easier Review

This review relates to the scheduled grocery service only. I live in NYC and have been a long-time Fresh Direct user. Have tried Jet’s grocery service about 10 times now. Prices are better than Fresh Direct but my main complaint is the packaging. My last order came with about 20 ice packs in plastic and tons of packing material. So wasteful and a hassle to deal with. Please adopt reusable delivery bags like the other big grocery services. App needs work too - confusing and not clear when you are searching or browsing just in schedules delivery grocery vs. the rest of Jet.com. Consider a separate grocery app? I hope the service improves. NYC could use a great alternative to Fresh Direct.
