I can’t login on the app – Single Parent Meet Review

Hello, I was billed over $27 yesterday for a month upgrade, just as I was replying my mail, I was logout out and all my chat disappeared, please, what’s going on and why are my friends not seeing my text? Why can’t I login using the app but can login using a browser?????
