Failed and expensive... – WH Question Cards - Pro: Who, What, When, Where, Why Review

I like the app until it failed. Sometimes other apps, I have been able to uninstall and reinstall to resolve an issue....but. It looks like this one charged me again rather than allowing me to reinstall from the cloud.
