Sport tracker will not change spirts on phone & will not turn off of apple watch – Sports Tracker for All Sports Review

I love sport tracker but lately it has some bugs - it will not change sports on the phone & will not turn off on the apple watch. I deleted it-it was eating my apple watch battery?
