wonderful for self care – Aloe Bud Review

i love this app so much. it is not overwhelming & very easy to use & gently reminds you with cute images to care for yourself. my favorite thing is that they have sections where you can find mental health resources in case you need. highly recommend. + it is still good to use even without premium
