Customization – Football Manager 2019 Mobile Review

I am addicted to this game but the lack customization is making me hate it. I can’t stop my team from losing, as they are all unmotivated and dislike me. It is sooooo annoying how I get sacked just because I am unable to customize my team more than the shape. Needs more customization and less underperforming players next year.
