I couldn’t even get on. – Fan Club for Markiplier Review

As soon as I downloaded it and opened the app it would tell me “can’t gather all necessary data. Try again?” And no matter how many times I pressed yes that button never went away and I couldn’t get in. Is it’s something with my phone or what?
